Time for a new adventure

After 4 years at Encircle, I have decided it is time for a new adventure. Of course, when one makes a significant life change the obvious question is why? Sometimes there isn’t a clear answer – it is just time for a change. Time to try something new and to stretch my comfort zone.

Looking back on the past four years, it is crazy how many “roles” I held at Encircle. I am so very proud of the accomplishments of my team and the willingness to experiment towards the optimal way to build a product. It has been an honor to work with amazing people every day. I have loved learning so many things with and from them.

In terms of what’s next for me – I don’t know! I really enjoyed the impact I was able to have at Encircle and the opportunity to lead people. I find immense satisfaction in coaching and supporting others. I am searching for opportunities where I can make a significant contribution – whether in another scale up, a larger company or a startup.
